The Zi Wei Dou Shu of Andy Warhol by Deanna Lynn

The Indianapolis Museum of Art is featuring an exhibit of Andy Warhol’s work beginning October 10, 2010. The exhibit is free to IMA members and children under 6 years old. To welcome the Warhol Exhibit to Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indianapolis Astrology Examiner is exited to interpret Mr. Warhol’s Chinese sky chart, or Zi Wei Dou Shu, and gain even further insight to one of the most successful and eccentric artists of 20th century America.

His date of birth, August 6, 1923, falls under the Western astrological sign of Leo. According to the Chinese sky charts, or Zi Wei Dou Shu, he is an Earth Dragon. Dragon years include 1916, 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, and 2012.In addition to Mr. Warhol’s date of birth, the time and place of his birth also bear great significance.
Because of his well known eccentricity and other magnified dragon qualities, it would not be unreasonable to assume he was born during the Dragon Hours of 7 and 9 AM, thus characterizing him as a pure dragon. It is also documented that he was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania as Andrew Warhola. Using this data, a precise and detailed Zi Wei Dou Shu can be created, for Mr. Warhol.
