The Zi Wei Dou Shu of the Indianapolis Colts

It was snowy day in the early spring of 1984 when Hoosiers welcomed the birth of their new National Football League team, the Indianapolis Colts.  The morning newspapers brought happy news of the delivery on the morning of March 29, 1984, during the most recent Year of the Wood Rat.  The newly erected Hoosier Dome would sit empty no longer, and Indianapolis residents would soon be able to purchase licensed merchandise bearing the name of an athlete they might actually run into at Ike and Jonesy's on a Friday night.  It was not just the dawn of a new era for Indianapolis, but the birth of "being".  How entertaining it will be for the astrology fan and student to use a Chinese sky chart, or Zi Wei Dou Shu to forecast a game and possibly a season.
To read a sky chart, the astrologer must know not only the date and place of the birth, but also the time.  The actual time of the Indianapolis Colts' birth may never be agreed upon.  The exact time which the Baltimore Colts died and were reincarnated into the Indianapolis Colts was under great scrutiny by Maryland politicians who had attempted to take control of the Colts on March 29, 1984. Federal judges later determined that by noon, March 29, that the Colts no longer belonged to Baltimore.  The collective conscience of Indianapolis likely accepted the Indianapolis Colts as its own between 3 and 5 a.m., since this is the time many newspapers are delivered.  The astrology student now has all the information necessary to read the Zi Wei Dou Shu of the Indianapolis Colts.
The team is a Wood Rat, featuring the Tiger as its ascending sign.  How entertaining it might be to use the sky charts for football game predictions.  On October 10th, 2010, at 1 p.m.,  the Indianapolis Colts will be host to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Prediction:  The Colts will play slightly better during the first 3 quarters of the game because 1p.m. to 3 p.m. are hours of the Sheep, which are just slightly more favorable than the following hours of the Monkey.  Because we are in a Tiger Year, somewhat favorable for Rat, there will be no dismal losses throughout the season.  There will be losses, though, because the Colts' ascending sign, Tiger, is not the luckiest during a Tiger Year.  On October 10, there will be some confusion amongst team players early in the game.  A bad play may lead to a minor injury with a quick recovery to play again in the 4th quarter.  3 p.m. begins the hour of the Monkey, which is even less favorable for Rat. The Colts will score a touchdown on a very exciting play in the 4th quarter, but it will not be enough to win the game.
The good news for Colts fans is that next season will be much better.  2011 will be Year of Metal Rabbit, which is much more favorable for the Rat!  Look for the Colts to do very well in the playoffs next year.

Indianapolis vehicle break-ins on the rise and still unsolved

www.chineseskycharts.com

Every once in a while, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has some trouble solving crimes.  This is why over eight thousand reports have gone unsolved since last year around August.  WTHR reported on wthr.com that the police force personnel in the City of Indianapolis are aware of the growing trend.  They believe there around fifteen crews performing a similar style of quick robberies and apparently none of them have been caught yet.

When these thieves are caught, the outcome of their legal proceedings will undoubtedly, according to Chinese astrology, be influenced by the questionable party's date, time, and place of birth.  Granted, most American judges try to make decisions based on facts, but in a case such as the one mentioned, there may be conflicting evidence at times as several people have a different version to tell.  For example, several members of a group like this may be willing to accept more blame than others.  They may all wish to claim "I am Spartacus", or "I invented Facebook", making it difficult to pinpoint and convict a ringleader.

It is unlikely that any person born during Horse or Snake year would be in such financial misfortune that they would need to steal from others.  Police will find some of the suspects, but not all of them.  Some victims will have some of their items returned to them, such as ID cards and some pictures.

Month of Chong Yang Predictions: 02OCT2010 - DL

October 2010, Year of the Tiger Fun for Most People!
For everyone except those who were born during a Sheep or Tiger year:  Everyone notices that the parties this month are more fun than usual, but parties on October 16, 2010, will be spectacular!    The latter statement is magnified for those born during Monkey year (1980 +/- 12 years) and during the fall months, especially those born during 3 and 5 pm.  Sheep will have a better time between 1 and 3 p.m. than any other time on Sunday. This is because October 16, 2010 corresponds to the Chinese lunar calendar as the 9th day of the 9th month.  For Tiger, the party on Friday night, October 25, 2010, will be better than the party on the next day.  Horse must stay on track, not attend too many parties and try to stay focused on home renovations or creative work.
October 3, 2010 will be a great day for anyone in Indianapolis, Indiana, to buy a jacket for the year if they haven’t already.  It’s going to get chilly, about 50 degrees, according to the weather report.

The Zi Wei Dou Shu of Andy Warhol by Deanna Lynn

The Indianapolis Museum of Art is featuring an exhibit of Andy Warhol’s work beginning October 10, 2010. The exhibit is free to IMA members and children under 6 years old. To welcome the Warhol Exhibit to Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indianapolis Astrology Examiner is exited to interpret Mr. Warhol’s Chinese sky chart, or Zi Wei Dou Shu, and gain even further insight to one of the most successful and eccentric artists of 20th century America.

His date of birth, August 6, 1923, falls under the Western astrological sign of Leo. According to the Chinese sky charts, or Zi Wei Dou Shu, he is an Earth Dragon. Dragon years include 1916, 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, and 2012.In addition to Mr. Warhol’s date of birth, the time and place of his birth also bear great significance.
Because of his well known eccentricity and other magnified dragon qualities, it would not be unreasonable to assume he was born during the Dragon Hours of 7 and 9 AM, thus characterizing him as a pure dragon. It is also documented that he was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania as Andrew Warhola. Using this data, a precise and detailed Zi Wei Dou Shu can be created, for Mr. Warhol.

A Horse is a Horse!

Visit my website www.chineseskycharts.com!

When referring to the animal representing the birth year of an individual, there is a Chinese saying that “this is the animal that hides inside your heart.” Every twelve years, hundreds of thousands of babies are born during a Horse Year.  Supposedly, these people will have dominating traits much like that of a horse. They are strong and beautiful.  They are reliable, graceful, agile and fast.  Pre-adolescent girls tape posters of them to their walls.  There is however, a reason that the Chinese astrologers associate Horse personalities with outbursts and mood swings.

According to police reports, on Saturday, September 25, 2010, an Indianapolis Mounted Patrol Horse named Baker kicked a headlight out of a police cruiser before taking a hot steaming dump on the cruiser's hood.  Baker’s behavior on Saturday was a remarkable, on point display of the dynamic and unpredictable nature of the animal which “lives in the heart” of the individuals born in the Year of the Horse. Recent and upcoming years falling under the Horse Year are 1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002, and 2014.

There is no reason to fear people born in these years.  Not all of them are going to take a poo on the hood, or “bonnet” (if you drive a Jaguar),of your vehicle like Baker did.  There are too many other dominating energies which will protect the Horse personality from being out-of-control on a daily basis.  For example, the lunar month in which one was born, the day as well as the hour will have great impact on the life and personality of the “Horse”.

Sybil Leek

Yesterday I visited the beautiful public library in downtown Indianapolis. I love going there, it always raises my spirits. In browsing the section of outdated astrology books, I came upon a little marvel about a woman whom I had never heard of. Her name was Sybil Leek. The book was a biography called "My Life in Astrology - Star-Crossed Adventures, Professional Secrets and Case Histories." I was fascinated to learn how she had become such a successful astrologist while at the same time being an outspoken witch. The book was published in 1972 and it seems that a career which could be reflected upon at that time would have been greatly altered by being known as a witch. I can't wait to finish the book and tell all of you more about the career of the successful astrologist, witch, and author Sybil Leek.
